- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Poor communication, slow responsiveness to maintenance issues, unit wasn't ready for move-in for over a month after I signed the lease. When I moved in this weekend, the tub surround was still falling off the wall, the tub faucet still leaked, the kitchen drain leaked into the cupboards and there was a dangerously rotted-through deck board. Hopefully my experience was not standard, but I suggest carefully considering the condition of the property before renting from this company - any maintenance issues that you notice may take weeks to resolve.By A Google User, July 22, 2017
