  My house fell apart and every time we would call for maintenance they would tell us they would make an appointment for someone to come out and they never would. The drywall started falling from my ceiling. There was a hole in my roof which animals came into my foundation in my attic they came and patched the hole without removing the raccoons that got in. One morning I walked out my front door to a dead raccoon hanging from my from door. And when we called them to remove this animals they just came and put a 2x4 over the hole and it is still there now. Don't rent from them they don't care for their tentents.
